•°Terms of Service°•

1– No Refunds: By buying the commission, you agree not to request a refund, not to cancel commissions, even more if they are made, you are paying not only for the service, but for the commission slot, please be careful.
In case of forcing a refund or cancel the order, especially if it has already been started You will be blacklisted and blocked
2 - You are not allowed to sell any commissioned works for NFT or use my art in any AI.
3 - Explain exactly what you want: provide images, poses, exactly what you have in mind, in case I don't have a specific pose, I'll make one from scratch.
4 - The express commission is 60% of the additional commission price. In case it is not Express Commissions, please do not rush, this may guarantee that you will receive a bad result and be blacklisted
5 - Communication: I try to respond as quickly as possible, but keep in mind I have a life behind the screen just like you, please, beyond that I continue to work, I am not a robot.
6 - BE KIND: I try to have the best treatment with my clients as an artist and a person, I will not tolerate rude, haughty comments, bad treatment, or threats.
In case of being rude from the beginning, I will not take your commission, if you start being rude after starting it, your order will be finished, but you will be blacklisted and blocked
7 - Changes: In case I have not yet gone to lineart, you can make few changes, if they start to delay my work, an extra will be charged before sending the order.
8 - In case of any unforeseen commission, you will be compensated with an extra drawing according to the commission payment.
9 - "I didn't liked the order / it was not what I wanted": In case it is the artist's fault, the error will be fixed, or the drawing will be redone, with the same specifications, the first version will be deleted to avoid art cheats.
10 - NO HOLDS: In case of withholding the money, the commission will not be started until the payment is released, this to avoid problems, please be prudent.
11 - Do not resell my work unless you pay for commercial use. (You can request commercial use even AFTER a commission has been paid for)
12 - When reposting your commissioned work my watermark should be in full view and credit in a description should be visible. Profile icons with no watermark but credit in bio is OK. (Please know that I will post the commission on my profile so I can promote my work)
